All-In-One Module v2 pre-built

The prebuilt All-In-One Module v2 has all the parts soldered on it and it’s ready to plug. It fits perfectly inside the official cases and integrates a MCP23017 GPIO expander, needed for connecting the controller modules without exhausting the RBPi GPIO ports. Also includes 3 optocoupler circuits for the 3 standard ports: MIDI-IN/OUT/THRU.
